Dear valued guest,
During these unprecedented times, at Albatros Club Mykonos we assure you that your safety and comfort as well as the safety of our staff remain our highest priority. In response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations provided by the Greek Government and the Mykonos Hoteliers Association (MHA). Please find below an update on what we are doing to ensure your wellbeing when you stay with us.
When your arrive:

Please ensure you have all the required documents for your travel.

The Check-In time has been moved back to 15:00.

Check-In will be done one room at time while following social distancing practices.
During your stay:

Hand sanitisers have been placed in all public spaces as well as in guests’ rooms.

Our staff have been fully trained and comply with the new hygiene rules and will be wearing face masks and rubber gloves.

The day and time of your room cleaning will be determined following consultation with you. During your stay, your room will not be cleaned daily. This also applies to linen (bed sheets, towels etc).

We will try to keep our American Style Buffet open for breakfast while following all necessary guidelines and hygiene practices for Food & Drink Handling. However, this could be suspended without notice and be replaced with hot breakfast that is served to your table.

While using public spaces, such as the pool and restaurant please ensure you follow social distancing practices to ensure your and other’s safety

In the event that you feel unwell and/or experience any of the COVID-19 symptoms please let the reception know immediately so that we can ensure your safety and the safety of others.
When you leave:

Please ensure you have all your personal belongings with you. After your stay your room will go through a thorough deep clean in order to be prepared for the next guest. This means that all personal items left behind will be disposed.

The Check-Out time has been brought forward to 11:00.

Check-Out will be done one room at time while following social distancing practices.
